The OUTSIDE MOUNT fits the blind outside the niche and when rolled down will completely cover the niche of the window.

There is a cord on the side of the blind that is used for rolling-up and rolling down the fitted blind and locking it at a particular height. Based on the position of the blind and personal preference, the cord can be positioned either on the left or right side of the blind.
